Alaska's only Olympic-distance triathlon, the Northern Trust takes place in the rolling hills around Knik, Alaska. The course consists of a 1500-M swim in Knik Lake, a 40-K bike, and a 10-K run. The duathlon features an initial 5-k run leg designed to bring duathletes back to the transition area about the same time as the triathletes exit the water. We are proud to again be the Alaska qualifying race for the Best of the US Championship. The top male and female qualifiers will receive a stipend covering airfare to compete against the triathletes from all 50 states.
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the 2010 Alaska State Championships! Results are now posted.
